October 20th, 2010 was the day that apple held another great keynote. This keynote brought iLife ‘11 with some great feature addons for Garageband, iMovie, and iPhoto. After that was done Steve Jobs got right to the punch. Apple introduced the all new Macbook Air 2010 model. The Macbook air is thinner and does have an optical drive no hard drive. This thing runs off of flash memory. It’s faster by any means but I don’t think it would be good to render HD movies from it though. From the pictures you can also tell that apple has gotten rid of the name iSight for its cameras. They now changed to name to facetime since you can now facetime from your mac computer to you iPhone 4 and iPod Touch 4G.

Well I purchased this Cooling Device for my Xbox 360 and its seems to work pretty well. I think that this cooling device is a must have. I also have an unboxing and installation video of this device.

Today a report was posted on the CNN Tech area. It goes on to say that Apple has ordered CDMA Chips for there iPhone 4’s and they are arriving to apple in December. It is to be expected then for a January launch time. I suspect a June 2011 launch time if they decide to add Verizon Wireless as a carrier for their iPhone to launch next year.

Apple is now allowing developers to sell their applications via iAds — Apple’s home-brewed solution to mobile advertising. Essentially, the iAds works as a replacement for the App Store, allowing the consumer to purchase/download an application seen on an iAd directly, without being redirected to the App Store. It’s a simple, yet genius solution.

The process allows for a better experience for end users, but also helps developers massively. Money earned in selling applications can be used toward promoting that very same app via an iAd.

Well, for the second time so far a prototype of Apple iPod Touch 4 or Apple iPod Touch 4G has surfaced around the internet. Pictures have been surfacing the internet. But the one in the picture (above) is a photo of the Retina Display along with the front facing camera which may be used for FaceTime. I’m sure I will be getting the new 4th Generation iPod Touch.

There is a little jailbreak out there so far for the new IOS4 update recently put out by apple for their new iPhone 4. The jailbreak is called JailbreakMe and you can access it via safari from you iDevice. You can only download the jailbreak via safari from you iDevice. When the webpage loads all you have to do is Slide to Jailbreak as seen in the images (above) and then you will be prompted with a small screen telling you to sit tight. After that your iDevice is then rebooted and then you just enjoy your Jailbroken device!

Today apple released the all new 12 core processor option to their Mac Pro computer line-up. Who needs this much power? I really don’t know. The people who I think would get the most use out of this is for Hollywood Movie Editors who actually edit hours worth of footage and need to take advantage of most of the processors. It still boils down to just to much power. The 12 core Mac Pro comes with two 2.6GHz 6 core Intel  ”Westmere” processors. The starting price for this Awfully Powerful Machine is at $4,999.00!

Today apple has officially launched their very own battery charger. It seems to look really nice and basic but it reminds me a lot of the white MacBook. I really don’t think it’s necessary to get one since I have the new Energizer smart battery charger with the battery fuel gauge and the meters to tell if the battery is to be thrown away. I really think if you don’t have a battery charger that you should stick with an Energizer 15 minute charger. Charging times have not been announced yet.
